Case Study: Eames Consulting
Eames is an award-winning, international recruitment firm with a growing number of clients across the UK, Europe and Asia. They provide executive recruitment solutions within the insurance, banking and professional services markets.
Eames approached us needing to upgrade their brand. They were looking to enhance an already established identity to better reflect their core values of reliability, integrity and specialist knowledge. As part of the rebranding process we developed a refreshed logo design, corporate folders, new stationery designs, merchandising and a fully content managed website for them.
The Solution:l brand identities for each of their core disciplines. One of our key aims, therefore, was to ‘de-clutter’ their brand offering. We achieved this by designing a single group logo, allowing all the specialist departments to present a unified visual identity under one brand umbrella. Using their existing logo as a starting point, we evolved an additional patterned element born out of a natural rotation of their logo icon to create a more distinctive, sophisticated and intruiging, additional visual identity. This enhancement to the brand is now incorporated across all online and printed marketing materials.
Enhancing and streamlining the Eames identity not only helped to unify the brand, but was also a cost-saving initiative as we managed to reduce their printed stationery inventory by 80%.
