Open Role

Lead UX and UI Designer

What we're looking for

Thank you for taking the time to read this job description. If you’re here, we hope you’ve already had a look around our site and discovered that we’re a proudly independent brand and digital consultancy with over 20 years behind us, and the second agency in the UK to achieve B Corp certification.

We’re at a pivotal stage of growth and we’re looking for a Lead UX and UI Designer to create strategically grounded, beautifully crafted digital work across websites, platforms and campaigns. This is a senior role with the potential for progression to Head of Product Design within 12 to 24 months for the right person.

You’ll take a leading role in shaping high-quality digital experiences from early UX thinking and prototyping through to polished delivery and developer handover.

You’ll work closely with strategists, developers and project managers to translate insight, brand strategy and business goals into intuitive, accessible and visually engaging digital products.

You’ll also mentor junior designers, contribute to pitches and new business and help evolve brand expression across motion, interaction and scalable design systems.

If you combine exceptional craft with leadership, strategic thinking and the confidence to shape ideas and outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll bring

You’ll be someone who thrives on playing an integral role in a small tight team. You take great pride in your projects and have the enviable skill of bringing clarity to complexity and, in doing so, raise the standard of everything around you.
