FAQs

Everything you need to know about working with us

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Every project is scoped around your goals, challenges and requirements, so budgets can vary. As a guide, most brand or digital projects we take on start from around £25,000 and increase depending on scope and complexity. We’re always transparent about costs and agree a fixed fee with clear milestones before work begins.

Yes. We regularly work with startups and growing businesses, particularly those with clear ambition and momentum. For branding or digital projects, our minimum engagement is usually £25,000, which allows us to deliver meaningful strategic thinking and high-quality creative work.

Our process is structured but flexible. We start with discovery and strategy to understand your business, audience and objectives. From there we move into creative development, refinement and delivery, with clear stages, check-ins and approvals along the way.

Timelines vary depending on scope, but as a rough guide:

  • Brand strategy and identity projects typically take 8–12 weeks
  • Website design and build projects usually take 10–16 weeks

We’ll always share a clear timeline upfront and adjust where needed based on your priorities.

We sometimes have a short lead time, as we plan work carefully to give each project the attention it deserves. Once everything is agreed, we’ll confirm a kick-off date that works for both teams.

We work across a broad range of sectors, from B2B to consumer-facing brands. Rather than specialising in one industry, we bring experience and perspective from multiple sectors and tailor our thinking to your business.

Yes. Many clients continue working with us after launch, whether that’s for website support, digital marketing, content, or longer-term brand support. We’ll shape any ongoing work around what you actually need.

Yes. We work with clients in the UK and internationally. Our process is well suited to remote collaboration, with in-person sessions where they add value.

We typically allow for up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable, which we find is usually plenty. If additional rounds are needed, we may need to quote for extra time. This is uncommon, and we’ll always discuss it with you first.

If a request is small and fits within the original scope, we’ll do our best to include it. If it’s more significant, we’ll raise a change request outlining the updated scope, costs and any impact on timelines. Nothing changes without agreement.

Our standard payment terms are 60% upfront, with the remaining 40% due one week before project completion. Full details are clearly outlined in our proposal and contract.

It varies by project. We’ll need your input at key points for check-ins, feedback and approvals, but the overall level of collaboration is flexible. Some clients stay closely involved, others give us more freedom once the strategy is in place. We do ask that senior decision-makers are involved from the start, so projects can move forward smoothly.
