Open Role

Senior Digital Project Manager

What we're looking for

Thank you for taking the time to read this job description. If you’re here, we hope you’ve already had a look around our site and discovered that we’re a proudly independent brand and digital consultancy with over 20 years behind us, and the second agency in the UK to achieve B Corp certification.

We’re now looking for another Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role with a wider level of responsibility and influence across the business. You’ll lead a mixture of brand and digital projects and programmes across a range of clients, setting the standard for delivery, collaboration and client partnership. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, confidence to decision-making and a steady hand to both teams and clients.

Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll play an important role in shaping how we work. You’ll mentor junior project managers, contribute to improving our processes, and supportcommercial decision-making. You’ll balance delivery excellence with a strong understanding of budgets, resourcing, and long-term client value.

You’ll be working on projects that matter, in a company that values diversity, sustainability, and doing the right thing. We’ve built a supportive environment where everyone’s encouraged to take ownership, think strategically, and make a positive impact, so you can do your best work while knowing your wellbeing and development are taken seriously.

What you'll bring

At senior level, what really matters is leadership with intent. Your primary focus will be to oversee the successful delivery of large, complex digital projects, often across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. But we would also like you to be able to oversee brand projects, working with a mid-weight PM, as well as run retainers for a number of different brands. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior clients, guiding them through challenges and helping them make confident, informed decisions.

You’ll bring structure and momentum to delivery, anticipating issues before they arise and resolving them calmly when they do. You’ll set clear expectations, keep teams aligned, and ensure work stays on track, even as priorities shift.

Beyond your own projects, you’ll help raise the bar across the delivery team. You’ll supportand mentor project managers, sense-check plans, and contribute to evolving our ways of working so they remain practical, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll stay close to industry changes and bring that thinking into how we deliver and grow.

And, just as importantly, you’ll help bring our promise to life: to be the marketing director’s best friend, while staying true to our values of being resourceful, nurturing, and purpose-driven every day.
