VoucherCodes is the UK's most trusted voucher site, helping people save money for over 15 years. But in a noisy, transactional market where every brand looks and sounds the same, VoucherCodes was getting lost.
Outcome
Working with the VoucherCodes team, we landed on what sets them apart: they’re a people-powered savings brand - a real company with real people doing the right thing, from hand-verifying every code to putting users first in every interaction.
We built a visual identity that brings this to life. The new logo combines a tick (verified) and a heart (human) in a warm, hand-drawn style. Sunshine yellow adds energy and optimism, while bold typography and playful illustrations capture both the joy of saving and the people behind it. The system works across the website, app, social channels and marketing campaigns, so whenever people see VoucherCodes, they see a human brand among the bots.
Results
Over the launch period, year-on-year traffic increased across key channels. Direct traffic rose by 16%, while referral traffic increased by 19%, demonstrating that the new brand identity drove brand recognition and organic discovery.
