Challenge
Vectura is a leader in inhalation drug delivery, working with pharma companies to develop and manufacture inhalers for respiratory treatments. They needed to position themselves as the partner of choice - whether for small biotech firms or global pharmaceutical giants - in bringing inhaled therapies to market. With just eight weeks to deliver, we had to quickly understand both their business and the science that drove it.
Outcome
The idea came from the medicines themselves. Inhaled therapies are particulate by nature, delivering fine particles deep into the lungs. This inspired a visual identity that feels precise and powerful, echoing the science it represents.
We developed a modern design system including a new logo, colour palette and tone of voice. The website was built around Vectura's technical strengths, with complex information made clear and accessible.
Results
The new brand and website launched on time and on budget, helping to position Vectura as a specialist partner with the science, skills and scale to deliver better treatments. The website saw a 22% increase in users and 34% increase in page views in the first week alone.
